The Schuylkill County 250th Celebration Parade Committee invites all 67 municipalities, along with school districts, fire companies, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and civic groups, to take part in this historic event. Each town, organization, and group is encouraged to create a float and be part of this once-in-a-generation celebration!

Position Summary
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of PADCO and is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic, financial, and operational activities.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will:
Lead and implement PADCO’s strategic vision
Oversee economic development initiatives and financing programs
Manage organizational operations, staff, and financial performance
Serve as PADCO’s primary external representative and relationship manager
This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing high-level strategy with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
